2. Find Your Win-Win with Benefits-Based Incentives

For our corporate massage services, participating employees pay upfront on a per-treatment basis, and are reimbursed the expense in the form of a reduction of their health insurance premium by you, the employer. This is called a benefits-based incentive. Putting your dollars towards paying a higher percentage of an employee’s premium allows for claiming the applicable tax deductions and credits, stretching your budget farther. It also allows you to pay only for what your employees use. Meanwhile, employees receive the same financial benefit as they would if the services were paid directly. As the employer, you decide the rate of the incentive (% of costs you will reimburse), and determine your monthly cap (maximum amount you will reimburse each month).

3. Employee Onboarding

MINUTE FREE MASSAGE

During on-site onboarding, each employee will receive a free 5-minute massage treatment.

Once enrolled, we recommend scheduling a time for us to come to your location and provide a plan orientation/onboarding for your employees. This includes a quick (5-15 minute) presentational overview for the employees as well as instructions for enrolling in the plan. Employees who choose to enroll in-person immediately following the presentation will also receive a free 5-minute massage.

For employers who wish to skip this step, we can alternatively provide an onboarding email to be sent out to all employees.

Benefits-Based Incentives

As opposed to the traditional on-site arrangement of payment per hour of service rendered, our Corporate Massage Program incorporates a benefit-based incentive structure. Participating employees pay for services on a per-session basis, and are reimbursed the expense in the form of a reduction of their health insurance premium by the employer.

This provides greater value to the employee, as they are not spending any money that wasn’t already designated to be spent. It also provides value to the employer by allowing them to claim the applicable tax deductions and credits available for paying a higher percentage of an employee’s premium.

Our program offers greater flexibility to the employer in both the amount contributed and the time utilized. Employers have full autonomy in choosing how much of an incentive to provide for participating employees. They also can choose between booking services as a group in pre-scheduled chunks, or allowing their employees to book their own services according to their schedule. Employees benefit from the flexibility of being able to choose when, how much and what kind of service to receive.

Our spa entry (suite 145) is located inside historic Provo Town Square, directly behind Momo’s Cheesecakes. You’ll know you’re there when you see the rainbows and the plants!

STUDIO

Our studio entry (suite 150) is located on the west side of Provo Town Square, just east of the 100 W parking garage and courtyard. Enter via the white double doors.

PARKING

Free public parking is available in the parking garage on 100 W, halfway between Center Street and 100 N.
